Lilith Vryce Griffinsbane McCarrion. Daughter of Illyana, the Danü Rèalta, and Rift McCarrion. There is not much known of the secretive and elusive darkling fae, only that she was occasionally seen at her mothers side, or within her shadows upon chance meetings. Once the ascension was complete, she worked to enforce some of the darker wills of the goddess as an Dorcha Ridire d'Danü Rèalta, only to disappear completely once the band of Ridire were scattered. But what else of the darkling fae?
Lilith was born to Illyana and Rift, and existed within their lives for only a few short years before she was taken away. A man, who called himself a diety stole her from her family to keep them from participating in a fight with one of their allies, least she be killed. They complied, unable to do anything else. The girl was denied nothing, save her voice, and when she was released, she was already into her adolescent years.
With no voice to call her own, Lilith began to study and excel in the art of psionics, telekinetics, and telepathy. Her dual wielding swordplay showing unparalleled potential, and what she lacked in strength she well than made up for in speed.
Her training would continue with the aid of her father and her mother, and years would pass before her skills were duly recognized. It was her cousin who first approached her. A Lady by the name of Munroe Isadora Vryce Griffinsbane. It was here that she offered her allegiance to her House of Darkness and here she would remain loyal to the warrior lady Queen. She would meet her fiancé here. A man by the name of Donnalbane De’Asandir, and with him would she bear a daughter, whom they named Seraphina. Their daughter would be four when he left, overcome with madness from being trapped in the demon mists of the shee.
Lilith would return to her silent life of war, helping Munroe though the destruction of the House of Darkness, and the rebuilding of her kingdom now called Krythal, where she worked not only as a soldier, confidant and advisor to the warrior Queen, but also as emissary and diplomat to surrounding kingdoms. It was for this position that she was asked by the Queen of Windsar to act as the ambassador from Krythal.. At first, Lilith refused. Her place was to fight alongside of her Queen in her mind, and yet, this small but growing country also held one of the first temples to the Danü Rèalta, and so she would go.
It was an odd thing that happened amongst the blissfully beautiful and boring atmosphere. It was here that she would find her husband, Elessar. He was a man of strength, arrogance, brutality, and a sharp tongue that caused him to be hated amongst most of the other Ambassadors from other countries. Lilith would be entranced instantly. Entranced with the fire and passion behind his eyes and his fire for the unknown. It would be a few years later that they were married, well after they had left the kingdom of Windsar behind for good, and with Lilith pregnant with their first daughter.
The years would slip away into history as Lilith continued on, working to keep alive the name of the Danü Rèalta even through the most trying time, weaving a path of destruction through those who would dare to attempt to burn or desecrate the temples of old, records that were not destroyed by the religious sect after the disbanding of the Ridire would describe her as a banshee, a ghost, or more commonly a demon. More time would pass, and the world would forget magic, loosing it’s self to technology and convenience so that it might pursue it’s pleasures. And Lilith would ever remain with her family, her husbands endeavors her number one priority in this age of forgetfulness.
Recently, however, Lilith’s visions of destruction had been returning. It was the disappearance of her father that heralded the destruction within her dreams, and with her father currently missing it has caused the darkling fae some alarm. She will collect the six, and prepare them and herself for whatever lay ahead. After all, who else will these weak minded mortals look to for their salvation?
