Hence she has taken her combat in a total new direction that can be painful and deadly if she wants it to be. Using her ability to summon swarms of insects she has found they are more effective and easy replaced and leave no true physical evidence that can be linked back to her.
History. She flipped thru the old book very slowly and as her fingers slowly slid over the faded page she stopped and looked at the old drawing How long has it been since she had long hair early middle ages? She could hardly even think about it but as she looked back to the picture she found herself smiling and closing the book and gently placing it back on the book shelf before going to her room and stepping into her closet only to come out dragging the large locked oak chest.
Sitting on the room floor she dug into her pocket and pulled out her keys and fidgeted with the lock before it finally opened and she pushed open the lid only to admire the various old clothing carefully packed inside. Pulling each one out she slipped them on and remembered when she wore each one yet her favorite was the one she bought in the town when she and Lilith were chasing the thief that had stolen from them. The vibrance gems covered purple material and see thru sashes were still in perfect condition. Looking back inside she noticed her nun outfit as she had been forced to wear while hiding during the Spanish Inquisition. It reminded her of all the nights she had spent in silence and anger carefully taking the items that once belong to Yanna and hiding them from the church so they wouldn’t be ruined or melted down. Or how she guided the last, who followed the old way to safety and away from church hands. Placing the outfits back in the trunk she carefully closed it and replaced the lock then slid the trunk back in the closet before sitting down on the window ledge in her room and watching the sun slowly setting. Much had changed and yet people were still the same. Only the world players had changed even, she had to admit she too had changed but she would admit it was for the best and had helped her live thru some of the world most darkest times.
